Misleading description, the listing on the amazon website does not identify that they only have 4 charms designs. I had wanted two sets of 18 different murano glass charms. So I ordered 2 x a quantity of 18 and just received 36 boxes of the same 4 charms. Waste of money! they take a 15% fee to return and that is not noted anywhere on the amazon website either. The customer service person was very unhelpful, and just relied upon restating over and over again that the picture only shows 4 charms, despite offering many quantity choices. The written description even lists the charms as all "unique murano-like designs". there was nothing unique about them....what good is it to have repeat charms, people won't be able to tell which glass is their own.do not use this seller....if you must and can't find their product elsewhere, go to their website directly, that is where they claim they have all the detailed information. defeats the purpose of buying through amazon, if you have to go elsewhere to get the supporting detail!
i am stuck returning, loosing the cost of shipping (both ways) plus the restocking fee of 15%. I won't get caught again!
